Clean, air conditioned, near reception so noisey due to common room. Bed - comfortable. They creek if the top bunk moves. Wifi - ok but loses connection. Socket and light at your bed. Shower - warm.Rooms are unlocked, a locker is provided for valuables. Tours - reception are helpful with arranging things and advice. Kitchen facilities are good. Common room - comfortable for meeting other travelers. Atmosphere - chilled. Nice neighbourhood, felt safe even at night. Lots of food option nearby.
Stayed here on a previous visit to Buenos Aires and thought it was such good value decided to stay here again in a private room. This time the room provided was in an annex space which was nice although the shared bathroom was between a few rooms so long lines! It did have a lovely roof terrace and lots of common space to sit and cool out in. Really highly recommend art factory as a very good value for money option in Palermo. Particularly good if you are transporting from the domestic airport
I enjoyed Art Factory Palermo so much I actually came back for another night. Really friendly helpful staff. A bit quieter than some of the other hostels in BA. Plus itu2019s in the middle of Palermo which is amazing for food and nightlife. I would say that this hostel is incredible value for money and has prioritised the right things to give the best customer experience.
I booked the private room for 8 days. Room was quite big and clean. Location was perfect. Three things I didn't like: The kitchen was not in a good state and dirty. Cooking tools were of very bad quality what made cooking almost impossible. Also the two refrigerators were chaotic lots of food innit. Also in the common room,showers and toilets was it very hot.
We loved our stay here. Hostel was clean. Towels included. WiFi and air con worked well. Private room was basic but we were happy with it. The bathroom is far away from the private room but cannot be helped. We absolutely loved the staff they were so kind and always went out of their way. Free coffee and tea. Great tours! We loved the football and Tigre tours. Location is amazing. There is a kitchen and lock up area for your stuff. We felt safe. There is 24 hour staff. The cleaners work so hard!
Huge (for good and bad...) and decent hostel. Quite clean and specious. Big common area + TV + sitting area, a kitchen, ping-pong table, and a storage room.
Nice people, activities, city map and services.

It is a good hostel. Lot of colours and art what makes it a pleasant place, friendly staff, some offers/promotions/recommendations, daily cleaned rooms and bathrooms, little breakfast available you need to pay for, ...
I have one minus point. After my stay I left for 4 months travelling and I asked to leave some stuff at the hostel because I was overpacked, I was going to return to BA 4 months later. We put it together in a plastic sealed bag with my name on it in a safe place behind the reception desk. 4 months later I came back to pick up my stuff, but it was gone. They kind of admitted that they had donated it and had thrown it away. Kind of disrespectful of my stuff. I guess I had put too much confidence in it.
Look it’s the people that always make it and this was special for me as it has a moderate amount of people to interact with but apart from that I liked the room set up with each (bunk)bed having its own light and power point tucked in there.
My room had a balcony and was nice but there was word of one room which had no window and was one of the only complaints I heard there (quite a few people said something about this one room) so maybe try to make sure you don’t get this.
More then enough showers/toilets and a nice chill area down near reception. The kitchen was fairly spacious compared to other hostels and can squeeze three people cooking into it at once and the basics in cooking utensils but enough.
The cleaning staff were really onto it and the place is well kept and they’re really polite! The receptionists are mostly nice and wanting to help you with exception to one.
It’s located in a pretty decent location and there are pubs really close and food everywhere! Be careful with the ATM’s around I heard of a lot of double charging and weird problems.
You cannot bring your own alcoholic drinks in and they’re quite heavily priced inside. Overall though it was really nice compared to most and not too busy
